How to Update a Listing Status
A step-by-step guide to updating a listing status on Auctions Live.

Log into Auctions Live
Access the Auctions Live platform using your credentials.

Navigate to the Auctions List
From the left-hand side menu, select either:
- "All Upcoming" for properties scheduled for future auctions.
- "All Past" for properties associated with completed auctions.

Locate the Listing
Use one of the following methods:
- Scroll through the list of properties.
- Use the search function located at the top right-hand corner of the list to find the listing quickly.

Open the Auction Overview Page
Once you find the listing, click the "View Icon" button located on the right-hand side of the listing entry. This will redirect you to the Auction Overview page.

Access the Status Update Tool
On the Auction Overview page, locate and click the green button labeled "Change Status".

Update the Listing Status
From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate status for the listing.
Complete any additional fields that may appear dynamically based on the selected status. -
Save the Status Update
Click the green "Change" button to save the updates.
