We’ve rolled out performance and usability improvements to the Web Widget Page to deliver a faster, more responsive experience.

What’s Improved:

• Optimised Load Times: Significant reduction in page load speed for a smoother user experience.
• Improved Responsiveness: Enhanced layout and performance across all screen sizes and devices.
• Stability Boost: Reduced lag and improved performance under high traffic conditions.

Enhanced Selling Agent Widget ✅

We’ve expanded the Selling Agent’s Listings Web Widget Page to give agents more control over branding and social engagement, while continuing to showcase key listing statuses.

What’s New and Improved:

• Upcoming Auctions Section: Clearly displays properties scheduled for auction, keeping buyers informed of upcoming sale dates.
• Accepting Offers Tag: Prominently marks listings open to offers, driving urgency and lead generation.
• Customisable Widget Settings:
  • Colour Schemes: Agents can now select and update the widget’s primary and accent colours to match their personal or agency branding.
  • Social Media Links: Easily add or update links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. - Encouraging visitors to connect on social platforms.
• Seamless Configuration UI: All settings are available within the Selling Agent’s Profile Settings.

Bidder Mobile App ✅

We’re excited to release the Bidder Mobile App enhancements, giving buyers a fast, flexible, and secure way to register and participate in property auctions directly from their mobile devices.

Key Features:

• Tap-and-Hold Bidding: Bidders can now tap and hold a bid increment button to continuously place bids, perfect for fast-paced auction environments.
• Updated Guide Text: Clear and helpful guidance has been added for users throughout the bidding process.
• Improved Navigation: The “Your Bids” and “All Bids” buttons have been repositioned for easier access during live bidding.
• Improved Pending Bids:
  • Pending bids are now sorted by both date and bid amount.
  • The most recent and highest pending bids appear at the top, making it easier to track your latest activity.
  • This fix applies across all bid views: Your Bids, All Bids, and Auction History.
• Status Labels Updated: “Current Highest Bid” is now displayed as “Another Bidder Leads”, “You’re in the lead”, or “Awaiting First Bid”.
• Bidder Number Placement: The bidder number now appears underneath the place bid button for better visibility.
