  6. Had your solicitor review the contract.
  7. Set your budget, the maximum price you are willing to go to.
  8. Arranged how you will pay the deposit.
  9. Decided what name/s will go on the contract.
  1. All online bidders will need an Auctions Live bidder profile. Auctions Live reserves the right to request and store a valid photo ID prior to you submitting an Online Bidder Registration for verification, processing, and activation.
  2. Online Bidding is not available on all auction properties. It is at the sole discretion of the selling agent and vendor to enable this facility.
  3. If the facility is enabled on a property, all parties wanting to actively take part in bidding at the auction will be required to register via the Real Estate Agencies website, as an Online Bidder.
  4. When registering as an Online Bidder please allow a minimum of two (2) working days, for your account to be verified, processed and activated.
  5. Once registered an email will be sent to activate your account.
  1. Setup an Auctions Live Bidder Profile by completing the Electronic Bidder Registration Form.
    1. You will be required to upload government-issued photo identification.
    2. If you are wanting another individual to bid on your behalf you will be required to upload the details of your nominated representative along with supporting documentation.
    3. If bidding on behalf of a company, trust or Superfund you will be required to upload the details of your nominated company representative along with supporting documentation.
  2. You will be sent an email requesting you verify your email address, select the URL to verify your email address.
  3. Download the Auctions Live Bid Buy App from either the App Store or Google Play.
  4. You will receive an email from the selling agent advising that your profile has been activated for online bidding.
  5. Login to the Auctions Live Bid Buy App.

  2. Stable and strong internet connection.
  3. Listing Agents contact details.
  1. Bid strong and confidently.
  2. Never leave your bids to the last second.
  3. Pay close attention to the live bid amount and auctioneers call signs on the incase the live stream video footage is delayed or goes offline.

  8. Decided if you will be attending the auction in person, if not have you organised and authorised (Authority to Bid Form) a 3rd party to attend and bid on your behalf.
  9. Set your budget, the maximum price you are willing to go to.
  10. Arranged how you will pay the deposit.
  11. Decided what name/s will go on the contract.
    1. Your Driver’s License and/or Passport, if you don’t have Driver’s License or Passport, make sure you have a government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
    2. If you will not be attending the auction make sure your 3rd party bidder has the original Authority to Bid Form completed and signed by yourself along with their Driver’s License, Passport and/or government issued photo identification and proof of their address.
  1. Arrive at the auction early, you may be required to register prior to bidding.
  2. Place yourself in a position where the auctioneer can easily see you.
  3. Pay close attention to the auctioneer as to where the bids are at or refer to your Auctions Live ePaddle; if still unsure ask for assistance from one of the agents.
  4. Hold up your bidder number when placing a bid (if issued).
  5. Call out your bid in a clear voice, you have the option to call out an exact amount, or indicate the increment you wish to increase the previous bid by.
