Booking Platform Accounts Management

You can configure customised booking fees for selling agents within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform. This allows you to apply different fee structures, cancellation discounts, and billing settings for individual selling agents.

Set up selling agent booking fees

Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.

Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, select Selling Agents under the Accounts section.

Step 4: Locate the desired selling agent and click the Update Rates button.

Step 5: Configure the required booking fees, auction category rates, cancellation booking discount rates, and any Special Billing Notes if required.

Step 6: If needed, revert the booking fees and rates back to the corporate default booking rates.

Step 7: Click the Update button to save your changes.

Helpful Tip

All booking fees entered within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform are excluding GST.
