• ● Bidder App: Resolved an issue where the bidder information message displayed only the time and failed to correctly reflect the updated end date when changes were made. (Reference: ALPM-84)
• ● Property Listing Page: Updated badge spacing to ensure consistent visual alignment between the Lot Number, Timed Auction, and Auctioneer Name indicators across property listing pages. (Reference: ALPM-326)

Enhancements

• ● Auctioneer Control Panel: Users can now dismiss the information panel by selecting the close (X) icon after opening the information window, providing a more intuitive user experience. (Reference: ALPM-108)
• ● Property Quick Stats: An information icon has been added to the Auction Duration field, providing additional context and guidance to users. (Reference: ALPM-108)
• ● VaultRE CRM: Enhancements have been made to CRM re-sync rules, improving data synchronisation reliability between Auctions Live and VaultRE. (Reference: ALPM-314)
• ● Video Conference Link Improvements: In-room auction events have received an enhancement to video conference access, allowing Admin and Office users to directly access the video conference event link associated with individual properties. (Reference: ALPM-321)
• ● Bidder Registration Settings Enhancements: Several usability improvements have been introduced within Bidder Registration Settings, including additional information icons, placeholder content, and improved guidance text. (Reference: ALPM-322)
• ● Improved Configuration Guidance: Additional help text has been added for the Company Section, Bidder Terms & Conditions, Auction Terms & Conditions, and Custom Bidder Registration Submitted Message fields to assist users when configuring registration settings.
• ● Widget Platform Upgrade: The Auctions Live widget platform is receiving a significant performance and usability update. This enhancement will be progressively rolled out to subscribers over the coming months, with all clients contacted prior to activation. (Reference: ALPM-372)
• ● Faster Widget Performance: Improved loading times and faster transitions when switching between lots.
• ● Consistent Lot Information: Order of Sale information, current bid values, and lot status details now remain synchronised and consistent across all lots at all times.
• ● Improved Loading Experience: Skeleton loading placeholders are now displayed while content is being retrieved, creating a smoother user experience.
• ● Connection Awareness: Users will now receive a warning notification if their internet connection is lost while viewing a widget page.

Other Updates

• ● Terminology Update – "Property" to "Lot": There are numerous references to the words Property and Properties throughout the platform. Over the coming six months, selected references will be updated to Lot and Lots to align terminology across the Auctions Live ecosystem. These changes are terminology-only updates and will not impact functionality or public-facing user experiences.
• ● Date Format Standardisation: To improve global readability and reduce ambiguity, date formats across the platform will progressively transition from DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 15/01/2025) to DD Mon YYYY (e.g. 15 Jan 2025). This change will be implemented automatically over the next six months and requires no user action.
