Bidder Registration Form Enhancements

The Auctions Live Bidder Registration Form is receiving a significant upgrade to improve both functionality and presentation. These enhancements are designed to streamline the registration process for buyers while providing agencies with greater flexibility, branding control, and document management capabilities.

The upcoming enhancements will create a more professional registration experience while improving the efficiency of pre-auction administration.

New Features

• ● Support for Additional Buyers: Agencies will be able to register up to six additional buyers under a single bidder registration submission, making it easier to manage joint purchasers and multiple buying entities.
• ● API Integration Notice: Agencies currently utilising the bidder registration API endpoint /v2/properties/{id}/bidders should contact the RE Software Support Team to discuss any integration requirements associated with this enhancement.
• ● Image Slider: A modern image slider will allow agencies to showcase branding assets, auction instructions, promotional content, or property highlights directly within the registration experience.
• ● Auction Countdown Timer: A dynamic countdown timer will display the remaining time until an auction commences or closes, based on the configured auction type, helping buyers stay informed and prepared.
• ● Wet Signature Field: Bidders will be able to sign registration forms electronically using a stylus, mouse, trackpad, or touch-enabled device, simplifying consent and agreement processes.
• ● Drag-and-Drop File Upload: A new drag-and-drop upload area will allow bidders to easily submit supporting documentation as part of the registration process.
• ● Enhanced Document Management: Admin users will also be able to upload and manage up to six supporting documents per bidder directly through the same drag-and-drop interface, helping maintain complete and accurate bidder records.
• ● Customisable Form Colours: Agencies will be able to customise the registration form colour palette to align with corporate branding, creating a more professional and consistent buyer experience.
