AI Enhancements

We’re excited to roll out a series of enhancements focused on improving AI-generated property descriptions and delivering more consistent, accurate, and useful content for users across the platform.

  • Improved Description Generation: Enhanced AI reasoning enables clearer, more accurate, and more relevant property descriptions, helping users create higher-quality marketing content with less manual editing.
  • Greater Variation in Opening Statements: The updated model promotes increased randomness in introductory wording, reducing repetitive phrasing and creating more natural and engaging property descriptions.
  • Enhanced AI Performance: The new model delivers improved efficiency, stronger reasoning capabilities, and more accurate content generation, resulting in higher-quality property short descriptions.
  • Improved Address Awareness: The AI prompt now explicitly recognises the property address, eliminating previous confusion between the auction venue and the property location.
  • Accurate Location Context: Generated descriptions now consistently reference the correct property address and location context throughout the response.
  • Consistent Response Formatting: AI-generated responses now follow a standardised structure, improving readability, consistency, and downstream usability across different workflows.

Auctioneer Booking Platform Enhancements

  • Booking Cancellation Improvements: The booking cancellation modal has been updated with clearer messaging to provide users with greater visibility regarding the cancellation process.
  • Enhanced Recipient Visibility: Users are now clearly informed that cancellation notifications are automatically sent to the Auctioneer, Selling Agent, Office Admin, and Booking Admin when a booking is cancelled.
  • Enhanced Cancellation Emails: Cancellation notification emails now include the cancellation reason supplied by the user, ensuring greater transparency and context for all recipients.
  • Resolved Information Gap: This enhancement addresses a previous limitation where cancellation reasons were not included within cancellation notification emails.

Multi-Lot Auction – Bidder Export Access Enhancement

  • Previous Limitation: When a Multi-Lot Auction was created at the parent (root) corporate level, agencies and middle corporates within the same hierarchy were unable to export bidders, even when they had access to properties contained within the auction.
  • Enhanced Access Controls: Access controls have been updated to allow eligible agencies and middle corporates within the hierarchy to export bidder information when the Multi-Lot Auction has been created by the parent corporate and they have visibility of the relevant lots.
  • Permission-Based Visibility: Agencies and middle corporates can only export bidder information associated with lots they have permission to access.
  • Existing Security Controls Maintained: All existing hierarchy rules, access permissions, and governance controls remain fully enforced.
  • No Additional Access Granted: This enhancement does not provide access beyond assigned property visibility and continues to respect all established permission boundaries.

This update closes a hierarchy-based access gap while maintaining strict permission governance and ensuring bidder information remains appropriately secured.
