Enhancements: Web Widget Page Optimisation

We’ve rolled out a series of performance and usability improvements to the Web Widget platform, delivering a faster, more responsive experience for buyers, bidders, and property viewers.

• ● Optimised Load Times: Significant improvements have been made to page loading performance, helping users access property information and live auction content more quickly.
• ● Improved Responsiveness: Enhanced layout rendering and interface responsiveness provide a more consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• ● Stability Improvements: Additional optimisations reduce lag and improve reliability during periods of high traffic and increased viewer activity.

Enhancement: Selling Agent Widget

We’ve expanded the Selling Agent Listings Widget to provide greater branding flexibility, improved property visibility, and enhanced social engagement opportunities.

• ● Upcoming Auctions Section: Properties scheduled for auction are now displayed more prominently, helping buyers identify upcoming opportunities and auction dates.
• ● Accepting Offers Tag: Listings currently accepting offers are clearly identified, helping generate buyer interest and encouraging enquiry activity.
• ● Customisable Colour Schemes: Agents can now customise primary and accent colours to align the widget experience with their personal or agency branding.
• ● Social Media Integration: Agents can add and manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profile links directly within widget settings, making it easier for visitors to connect across social platforms.
• ● Streamlined Configuration: All branding and social media settings are managed directly through the Selling Agent Profile Settings interface.

Bidder Mobile App

We’re excited to introduce a range of Bidder Mobile App enhancements, providing buyers with a faster, more intuitive, and more responsive bidding experience directly from their mobile devices.

• ● Tap-and-Hold Bidding: Bidders can now tap and hold a bid increment button to continuously place bids, making participation easier during fast-paced auction events.
• ● Updated Guidance Text: Additional instructional content has been added throughout the bidding process to assist users and improve onboarding.
• ● Improved Navigation: The "Your Bids" and "All Bids" controls have been repositioned to provide quicker access during live bidding activity.
• ● Enhanced Pending Bid Management: Pending bids are now sorted using both bid date and bid value, ensuring the most recent and highest pending bids appear first.
• ● Consistent Bid Sorting: These improvements apply across all bid views, including Your Bids, All Bids, and Auction History.
• ● Updated Bid Status Labels: The previous "Current Highest Bid" label has been replaced with clearer, context-based statuses including "Another Bidder Leads", "You're in the Lead", and "Awaiting First Bid".
• ● Improved Bidder Number Visibility: The bidder number is now displayed beneath the Place Bid button, making it easier for users to identify their bidder details during live auctions.
