Instantly Share Key Documents with Every Bidder
RE Software is excited to announce a powerful new feature designed to help agents meet compliance obligations, improve buyer transparency, and simplify the distribution of important property documentation.
As of 31 July 2025, all Auctions Live subscribers can now upload and share key documents with bidders, including Seller Disclosure Statements, directly through the Auctions Live platform.
This feature has been automatically enabled across all subscriber accounts and is available via the Property Create/Edit page within the Documents section.
Steps to Upload Documents Including Seller Disclosure Statements
- ● Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console and navigate to your Dashboard.
- ● Step 2: Select All Upcoming from the left-hand navigation menu.
- ● Step 3: Locate the property and select the Edit icon.
- ● Step 4: Scroll down to the Documents section.
- ● Step 5: Select Add Document.
- ● Step 6: Enter the document name within the Display Name field.
- ● Step 7: Choose an icon from the Display Icon dropdown list.
- ● Step 8: Under Document Type, select Property Disclosure Statement.
- ● Step 9: Upload the document and verify the file using the Preview File option.
- ● Step 10: Configure the preferred Privacy Settings to determine who can access the document.
Document Settings: Private vs Public
Private Documents
- ● Visible only to buyers who are logged into their Bid Buy profile.
- ● Can still be distributed via registration emails by enabling Include in Registration Emails.
Public Documents
- ● Visible to anyone accessing the Hosted Widget or Bidder Registration Form.
- ● Can be displayed on the Bidder Registration Page.
- ● Can be displayed on the Hosted Widget.
- ● Can also be distributed via email as a downloadable document link.
