Access Stream Studio via Dashboard

Open Stream Studio directly from Auctions Live and connect to the required auction using its Stream Key.

Stream Studio can also be accessed directly through the Grid in Auctions Live. This method allows you to open Stream Studio separately and connect to the required auction using its Stream Key.

To Access Stream Studio via Dashboard

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Select the Grid icon from the top menu.

Step 3: Select Stream Studio from the available applications.

Step 4: Enter the relevant Stream Key into the Stream Key field, or select the relevant stream key from the available options below on the auction day.

Step 5: Select Connect.

Step 6: Review the details in the Connect to Stream? prompt. Confirm the Stream, Auction Venue, Date & Time and Stream Key are correct.

Step 7: Select Connect to confirm the stream you want to access.

Step 8: When the browser asks whether you want to allow the site to share the Stream Studio tab, select Allow. If prompted, make sure tab audio is also allowed.

Step 9: Once connected, the Stream Studio workspace will open. The Preview area is displayed at the top of the workspace.

Note

The Stream Key is specific to the event. Make sure you are using the Stream Key for the correct auction before selecting Connect.

If you are unsure which Stream Key to use, check the Today’s Streams section below the Stream Key field. This section provides details such as the auction venue, date and time, trading name and number of lots.

To select a Stream Key from Today’s Streams, click the relevant stream. The Stream Key will be automatically entered into the Stream Key field.
