Bidder Registration

Use Paper Form Upload in the PC Console when manually registering a bidder using a completed physical registration form. This allows you to capture essential bidder details and upload the completed paperwork without manually entering the full registration information.

Add a Bidder Using Paper Form Upload

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left-hand side, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the relevant property, select the Assigned tab, and click the blue View icon.

Step 4: Navigate to the Registered Bidders tab.

Step 5: Select the green Register Bidder button to add a new bidder.

Step 6: Enter the bidder number and confirm that you have viewed the bidder’s identification.

Step 7: Select the relevant Bid Method from the available options.

Step 8: Select Paper Form Upload as the Entry Method.

Step 9: Enter the required bidder details, including the bidder’s First Name, and any available contact information such as Email and Contact Number.

Step 10: Upload the completed registration form using your device camera or image uploader. You can upload up to six images.

Step 11: Confirm that all required auction documents have been provided to the bidder.

Step 12: Click Create to complete the registration.

Step 13: Confirm the bidder has been created with an assigned bidder number and approved registration status.

Helpful Tip

If a bidder is added using Paper Form Upload after the auction, no registration emails will be sent. The bidder details and completed paperwork will only be recorded within Auctions Live.
