Add Legal Representative Details

Manage Solicitor, Conveyancer, and Power of Attorney details directly within Auctions Live.

Auctions Live allows you to add Solicitor, Conveyancer, and Power of Attorney details to a property. This ensures all legal representatives and authorised parties are correctly recorded before contracts are prepared or signed.

Add a Solicitor or Conveyancer

Step 1: From the Upcoming tab, locate the property and click the View (eye icon) button under the Actions column.

Step 2: Click the Vendors tab.

Step 3: Click the Edit Vendor Details button.

Step 4: Select Yes from the Solicitor / Conveyancer Details dropdown menu.

Step 5: Complete the required Solicitor or Conveyancer form fields.

Step 6: Click the Update button to save your changes.


Add Power of Attorney (POA) details

Step 1: Click the Edit Vendor Details button.

Step 2: Select Yes from the Power of Attorney dropdown menu.

Step 3: Complete the required Power of Attorney form fields.

Step 4: Click the Update button to save your changes.


Helpful Tip

Adding Solicitor, Conveyancer, and Power of Attorney details ensures all parties can be correctly included during the contract preparation and signing process.
