eSIGN (Expansion Pack)

Auctions Live Contract Signing allows you to create and save reusable contract templates and layouts. This helps streamline the preparation process by allowing you to apply pre-configured signature and field layouts to future contracts.

Save a contract layout template

Step 1: Sign in to the Auctions Live PC Console and click Dashboard.

Step 2: Select Upcoming from the left-hand side menu, locate the property, and click the View (eye icon) button.

Step 3: Click Manage Contract of Sale.

Step 4: Once all required fields have been added to the document, click the blue Layouts button located in the top-right corner.

Step 5: Select Save from the Layouts menu.

Step 6: Enter a Template/Layout Name.

Step 7: Enter a description if required.

Step 8: Click Save Layout to store the template for future use.

Apply a saved contract layout

Step 1: Click the Layouts button.

Step 2: Select Apply Layout.

Step 3: Select the required saved layout from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Click Apply Layout.

Step 5: Click Save & Continue to finalise the document setup.

Helpful Tip

Using saved layouts can significantly reduce contract preparation time by automatically applying pre-configured signature fields and purchaser detail sections to new contracts.
