Pre-Registered Bidders via the Mobile Console App
How to verify, approve, and decline bidders
This section shows all registered bidders who are either waiting for approval or have been declined.
Steps to Access and Manage Pre-Registered Bidders
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile Console App and tap Auctions from the lower task bar.
Step 2: Tap Individual Auction Lots to reveal all your listings. Filters are available on the right.
Step 3: Search for the property you want to manage and tap on the Property card.
Step 4: A pop-up menu will appear. Tap Pre-Registered Bidders to reveal the list of bidders.
Step 5: Tap on each Bidder card to reveal two purple options and three one-touch icons to communicate with the bidder. You can tap the available purple icons to Call, Email, or SMS the bidder.
Step 6: Tap on the appropriate option to reveal the information.
Step 6a: To approve a bidder – issue a Bidder Number, toggle ID Verified to ON to confirm all the information is correct, then tap the green Approve button. You can also add notes using the available button.
Step 6b: To decline a bidder, tap the red Decline button.
Step 6c: To edit a bidder's details - tap Edit, make any necessary changes, and then tap Update before approving.
Important Notes
This section helps ensure compliance and gives you full control over who is eligible to bid on auction day. Please ensure you follow your office policies and procedures to ensure all the information and documentation required is available before a party is approved.
You can add private notes if necessary using the yellow Add Note button.
Categories
Pending Bidders: Bidders awaiting approval.
Declined Bidders: Bidders whose registration has not been approved.
