Auctions Live allows interested parties to pre-register as bidders before auction day or be manually added through the PC Console. You can share the Bidder Registration URL, QR code, or manually register bidders and potential buyers directly from the property record.

Register bidders and potential buyers

Step 1: Sign in to the Auctions Live PC Console and click Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the property and click the View (eye icon) button under the Actions column.

Step 4: From the Property Overview page, copy the Bidder Registration URL and share it on your website or preferred channels for online bidder registrations.

Step 5: Click the Bidders tab.

Step 6: Click the green Register Bidder button to manually add a bidder or potential buyer.

Step 7: Allocate a Bidder Number and enable the ID Verified toggle if identification has been confirmed.

Step 8: Select the preferred Bidding Method from the available dropdown options.

Step 9: Select the required Bidder Registration Type and complete the available form fields.

Step 10: If additional buyers are required, select Yes and complete the additional buyer form fields.

Step 11: If required, select Yes to add Solicitor / Conveyancer details and complete the required fields.

Step 12: Click the Create button to save the bidder registration.

Helpful Tip

Bidders can pre-register using the Online Bidder Registration URL, QR code, your website link, or by being manually added directly through the Auctions Live PC Console. Available bidding methods are property-specific and can be enabled within the property Edit settings.
